Curated Resources
You can find my own writing on these topics via the Explore Tab.
For other resources, I’ve listed some of my favorite go-to’s below. You can explore this sequentially, or just jump to the topic you’re interested in. This is by no means a complete or exhaustive list, nor is it meant to be any kind of formal endorsement. Some of the resources are science-based, and some of the resources are good interpretations of applications of the science. While most of the resources are new, I’ve also included some old ones that may be forgotten but that still stand the test of time.
This is a work in progress so let me know if you have other recommendations. I will update this list periodically, so check back.
Enjoy!
